Purpose:
The Foundation began with the purpose “to
promote and foster Junior Golf in the City of Monroe and Green
County by providing golf memberships,
instruction, and educational scholarships to youth between the ages of 9 –
18”. In 2010 it did just that, mainly
with the help of generous local donors understanding the importance of supporting
the growth of golf in Monroe and the
surrounding Green
County area. The foundation provided 25 juniors with golf memberships,
lessons, equipment and memories to take for a life
time.

Junior Golf foundation offers Junior Golf Memberships and Lessons at the
Monroe Country Club.

OUR NEW
ENCOURAGEMENT TO PLAY POGROMS:

Pay back program
o Juniors will redeem
$5.00 per round they play at MCC in efforts to make their membership free. This
redemption money will be paid back at the end of the season, not to exceed the amount
paid for the membership.

Lunch program
o Those selected to
MMJGF will also be able to receive lunch when they play at MCC with MMJGF paying for
their lunch.
